Fails after 4 months (edit: later died)

When I first bought this hard drive and installed it in a new computer I was building I was happy because it was good worked. It was in May. It is now September and this hard drive is starting to show signs of failure. I lost my Windows session twice when my entire hard drive crashed temporarily. The computer then goes to the Insert Startup Disk screen, so I know it no longer recognizes the hard drive. A bit frustrated because I'm building another PC in a month and no longer feel confident recommending this HD. If it fails at some point I will definitely update this review. It will not load, it is impossible to remove data from it. Just do yourself a favor and opt for an SSD instead.
