The lid is totally flat and of course I prefer a domed lid
I love this pan. I don’t buy much just on looks but I needed one this size and it really looks nice. The wood handles on the pan and lid look and feel great, like olive wood or some such.The pan wipes clean easily though I only use it for making pasta sauce and that not very often. So far it shows no sign of staining.The lid however is totally flat and I’d prefer a domed one for bigger items.
