This pan is handle heavy. That is if put on the burner to reheat to add oil, the pan is lopsided and the pan bottom does not rest on the burner, therefore does not heat correctly on an induction burner. the pan has to be lifted up, or proped up by the handle to get the pan itself to get contact with the burner. We're disappointed!, I can't imagine this could be on the market with such lousy weight distributon.

This has been one of my favorite pans to use. It heats up quickly and evenly, easy to clean, love the non stick layer, and most of all, such a pretty pan! I love it when using it to cook for simple things when I'm eating alone.

We bought this for camping because of the heating efficiency and easy cleanup. We already new it was a super high quality product because we already own a complete set at home.

This looks like something that would be good. I haven't used it yet though. I will update my review after I used it The pan may be too small for some recipes!

This pan is great! I purchased to have an in-between pan size. Love the thick handle that doesn't get hot. Only problem I had was the first time using it - cooking a turkey burger with salt & pepper - the pan turned brown and has never come clean. the burger wasn't burned nor was there anything that should have turned it brown. Other than that - I love it. I hand wash the pan.

Works great on my induction cooktop. It cleans easily and looks nice. I will buy more products from this company. I am updating this review after over a year of use the non-stick works just as well as day one! Ever other non-stick pan I have purchased worked great for a few uses then quickly food started to stick. This pan needs no oil even when cooking eggs. I use it almost everyday. I just received this frying pan today. I was very impressed with the original packaging it came in from the company. The handle was easily attached with the provided screw & screwdriver. I really like the depth of this pan, hopefully it will cut down on some of the splattering when frying food like hamburgers. I’ll update my review after I use it tomorrow.

Cleans easy with a paper towel !Had Copper Chef that started sticking after about 2 months use. Been using my smaller pan for over a year and it is like day one so I decided to buy this larger one. I am very pleased with the quality of both.

Not white, more of a creamy white with speckles. Packaged very well. Light weight. Have not tried it yet, I hope it does well as I want the smallest fry pan when it becomes available.

Product seems to change color on the inside. It's no longer white but a lite tan. Where the handle and the pan meet is also a good place to get burned. I've done it 3-4 times now.Cooks great and heat distribution is perfect dispite the discoloration it's a decent pan.

I love this pan. I don’t buy much just on looks but I needed one this size and it really looks nice. The wood handles on the pan and lid look and feel great, like olive wood or some such.The pan wipes clean easily though I only use it for making pasta sauce and that not very often. So far it shows no sign of staining.The lid however is totally flat and I’d prefer a domed one for bigger items.

This was a great purchase! So far, I have used this pan for sautéing vegetables, making pasta sauce, and frying chicken cutlets. Each time was a success. I followed the instructions to use a medium to low heat and it cooks very well. Cleaning is easy since it is a truly non-stick material of great quality. Now I want to get a whole set in white!

I can’t say anything bad about these pans, I have another full set and ordered this one to match. I just love the finish they’re well made, super sturdy, work wonderfully on our induction cooktop, and when they say no stick they mean it! If you’re reading the comments wondering if you should buy, do it!
