This pan is handle heavy. That is if put on the burner to reheat to add oil, the pan is lopsided and the pan bottom does not rest on the burner, therefore does not heat correctly on an induction burner. the pan has to be lifted up, or proped up by the handle to get the pan itself to get contact with the burner. We're disappointed!, I can't imagine this could be on the market with such lousy weight distributon.
