I just can't keep them in place. The material is decent and can prevent damage to your door. At the same time, it is almost impossible to keep them in place. I used shutters but they don't work. I also used the velcro option but the velcro didn't stick either. Please note that my doors are plastic. That's why I was able to use the velcro option. I wouldn't recommend using sticky materials on anything other than plastic. However, I couldn't get them to stay in place, making it useless. Overall I highly recommend this product if you have small dogs.
