My device's fan started making an awfully loud noise. I contacted their support team and didn't hear from them for several weeks. I chased after them and they asked for a video showing the problem. At this point I had removed the discs and placed them in a more secure unit, but I took out a few more discs and put them in to film the video. After seeing the video they said they would send me a replacement. It's been a month and I still haven't received a replacement. I asked them again via email but got no response. Looks like I'll have to write it off. Verdict: Yes, it's pretty cheap. but. it s cheap! Don't expect it to work reliably, and if it doesn't, don't expect it to fix problems.
