Works perfectly. Slight jerking

The filter works very well if the instructions are not followed. I love my air filter and finally had to replace the internal filter. Comes in a box with no instructions. I assumed all that needed to be done was plugging in, plugging the machine back in and turning it on. The device did not recognize the filter. I looked for information on the website and found nothing. A very quick call to customer service revealed the machines were finicky and had to press a button (can't remember which one) and hold for 10 seconds. Presto-chango, the filter works. I just wish they had a piece of paper with this treat on it.
