Review on 🧽 32 oz. Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine - NR2010Q by Derrick Shaw

I live in Phoenix, Arizona and it's almost impossible to wash my car in my driveway after sunrise. Water is drying up on your car before your eyes. I hate going to a car wash - I drive a 2014 BMW 328i that has never been there. In the summer you can see me washing my car outside at 5am and dragging it into the garage to dry. My wife and my neighbors (the ones who don't sleep) think I'm crazy. You may be right, but I have a nice, clean car, so I hope they use my car when they take me to the psychiatric ward. After some research here and elsewhere I decided to give it a try. Honestly, it sounded too good to be true. Well it isn't. I came back from a four hour drive last weekend and my car was dirty. I went to work with OPT, a bucket, and a bundle of microfiber towels (it took four 12x16 microfiber towels in total). I was surprised from the start. The first wing I made looked flawless when I was done and it didn't take long. As I walked around my car, the water in the bucket got darker and darker, but the microfiber towels were relatively clean; The dirt was transferred to the lambswool washing sponge I used. When I was finished with the body, I washed the alloy wheels with water that was already dirty. There was a slight accumulation of brake dust and dirt on the wheels that they picked up while driving. This washing machine wasn't as efficient as the one in the back of my car but I think it was for two reasons: 1. The wheels were very dirty and 2. the water in the bucket was very dirty. But since I used an already damp microfiber cloth to clean the wheels, all the dirt was gone and I was happy with the result. I haven't used it on my windows but I think it would work fine. I had bug spray on my windshield so I used glass cleaner along with a glass scraper. I stepped back and looked at my car in the garage and smiled, but I still didn't trust the results. So I took it out into the bright, hot midday sun and looked around for anything to point to. No nothing. No stripes, no spots, but bright and shiny. I should also mention that I washed my entire car, wheels and windows in less than 30 minutes. I can't do this as quickly using regular detergent and a hose.
