My brother ordered it for my birthday. Installs it in about five minutes. on the other side. I put it around the bars and saw that the front strap was loose. Start at the front corner, use the hand strap, pull it down and just run out the plastic tab. move down its length. move an arm's width at a time. Then the corners just go through. I don't have a tailgate handle yet. I don't understand the low reviews.
