Review on ITODOS Truck Tablet Mount All by Jessica Williams

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Doesn't hold my Lenovo 8 " tablet very well

In your normal, everyday, 'ordinary' setup, I think it would be 'good' or "Mediocre". I installed it on a scooter. Yes I see. There is more shock, more vibration, etc etc. None of these things would be a problem if the mount could hold the element tighter. It could probably needs to be tightened a bit, but when your device is rotated to landscape mode the clamps will crush your buttons. This button layout is very common on almost every android device. You're forced to mount everything, it's anything but off center. Which it should be. Even with a regular car setup I see this thing that allows the tablet to slide outwards right onto the bottom panel. If it's mounted on a scooter or motorbike this means "slipping out" Unfortunately, your tablet (in the BEST scenario) will be dangling from the charging/syncing cable for nothing and bouncing, sliding, sliding right next to you. On a two-wheeler, you can't always just reach out and grab it. (Remember, you're making 45, your $100 tablet is about to die and you're desperately trying to find a safe place to stop so you can pick up what's left of your tablet/phone/gps. .Incredible that it just hangs from the charging cable and bounces across the street. I also couldn't believe it didn't smash into pieces. The only thing that has happened to it, apart from a few minor abrasions on the corners, there is one small scratch on camera lens. Well, "Could be worse. Lenovo? Great job on a quality product built like a tank! iTODOS? or who are you? for the job and to rely on. I wish I could say the same about your product. I get it. It was reasonably priced." How much would it cost to make it pull right? He had 1 job.
