This electric toggle/tilt platform has multiple settings and speeds and includes a remote control. The instructions are virtually non-existent but after some experimentation one can figure all the options out. It does perform well from the standpoint that it does wobble from side to side as indicated. It does require some balance to maintain your position (easier than it sounds) and after standing (or better yet squatting slightly) on the device it does give you thigh a bit of a workout. I use this device most mornings as a warm-up for my exercise routine. I have some experience exercising and I know what it feels like to run or jog a mile to burn calories and I am highly suspicious that this device does not burn nearly as many calories as advertised. It does burn some calories but far fewer than claimed in my opinion. I give it 2 stars because it does wobble reliably and does burn some calories. So some is better than none.
