They seem well made although I haven't tested them on the road yet. The design made it difficult for me to attach them to my trailer. The studs should be about half an inch longer to make it easier to attach the light to the license plate bracket and attach the washers and nuts. Since the wires come out directly from the back and not the side, I had to drill holes in the trailer to pull the wires through so they don't get pinched. Much more work than necessary. And of course the ground wire must be attached to a stud, ideally with a ring terminal.
