
This creatine is a good thing. I've been taking it for the last year and have never had stomach problems. I recently lost 65 pounds and was taking this stuff 5-6 days a week during my workout. I stopped taking it maybe twice in a few weeks for a year. I can tell a HUGE difference in my strengths when I haven't taken it. I take 2 to 4 tablets daily, mostly in the evening.
