Very similar to Tailwind but with added BCAAs. Much sugar. It essentially combines electrolytes, carbohydrates and BCAAs, eliminating the need to carry around gels, salt tablets and BCAAs. Incidentally, I find that BCAAs help with muscle fatigue in endurance events longer than a marathon. The downside is that it contains a lot of sugar. If I don't supplement this with water and solid food in 50 mile races, I get sugar bombs in my stomach. A good endurance drink, but not the only solution for ultramarathons and Ironman events.
