Review on SUNER POWER Waterproof Battery Maintainer Tools & Equipment and Jump Starters, Battery Chargers & Portable Power by Elton Luo

Firstly I did not receive any mounting screws or suction cups. So I'm not sure if someone has already opened the box or if I've received a return. The box can be easily cracked. I used a cigarette lighter cable and the weird thing is that in the morning the panel doesn't automatically charge until I press the ignition to start charging and it keeps charging until it gets dark and I have to do the same thing the next morning do. The panel blinks green and doesn't auto-charge until I do the trick. It can't be because of my car as I used an electric rescuer before and all I had to do was plug the retainer cable into the cigarette lighter and that's it. I have to use a solar charger because the car is just outside. Anyone have any ideas?
