I love that it's easy for me as an owner/operator or manager to keep up with bids from subcontractors.

It also has great reporting capabilities so we can see who submitted what bid at which price point over time. We would like more options than just "A-B" type comparisons but if you don't want too many features then this should be your choice! There are other platforms out there offering similar services (e.g., Bid4Assignment) however they lack some key elements that make us comfortable using our own software solution - namely custom reports created through scripting. My main issue isn't anything specific about Pro Tender itself; rather its simply finding enough staff internally when needed during busy seasons such as now where demand exceeds capacity within my team structure.
