1650 msi Ventus OC 6d added to HP Prodesk 400 Gen1 i7-4790 3.6GHz processor and 16GB RAM with Legacy BIOS, 300W PS. My son started playing Fortnite more on the computer and the integrated graphics just didn't fit. 30 fps on low settings and no shadows and still very choppy. Installation: I was a little worried about articles about installing new graphics cards with an old outdated bios instead of UEFI. But I kept going. Removed previous card drivers (old card but incompatible with win10). Turned off, installed, turned on, charged instantly. Windows used a generic driver to activate. I went to make sure I had downloaded the correct driver and while I was doing that my screen went blank and then came back on with great resolution. It installed automatically and I didn't do anything. I installed the NVIDIA panel and then updated the driver. Son tried Fortnite. Watch the long-range epic and everything else on high settings of 110-140 fps in a full action game. He said I can sell his Xbox. :) Haven't played around with the OC part yet. DVI output used. Great graphics card. Installed 2 days ago.
