Super cool keyboard until after 6 months of use the "W" key suddenly started failing. I was trying to get support for Revain's post-purchase option. They have contacted the seller and I have not been notified yet (timeframe: 4 days, 2 business days). I'll wait another week to get customer support before trying to fix it myself because it's an amazing keyboard. if it works. I will update this review if anything changes. Edit: It's been about two weeks with no response from support. I recommend buying a mechanical keyboard elsewhere.
