It sticks well to window/door edges but can be easily peeled off if you do it immediately after noticing the fault. Easy to cut. It comes folded in a 1.5ft bag, so there are a lot of creases along its length, although they seem to "pull back" after a while. It would be better if shipped rolled up to avoid those creases. It seals gaps from 0.18" to SLIGHTLY less than 0.3".
