There are so many features, and this is still very new. Also support from their team is just beyond helpful. Their customer service is not good as they are more interested in making more customers. The pricing system could be simpler to understand for non-technical people. We like the idea and how it has made our employees life safer. We have used their AI product for many years now with great success. And we recommend this platform to anyone who wants better safety management solution, AI tool or predictive capabilities to their workplace. I would say, yes if you want great security and safety solution but also great productivity solution. It is very easy to install, configure and use. The support team has been excellent in helping us understand our requirements and providing solutions for them. I would like to see more features being added to this product over time. We have used it at my current employer since last one year now. Our main objective was to monitor all of our network devices from any location using mobile device or web browser. We are able to do that with panaser.
