The best part of Panaseer is its simple UI, and it is easy for beginners to understand. It can be used in multiple ways like creating dashboards, monitoring various parameters etc. Sometimes we need to take help from support team. But they are very responsive. I like that it is integrated with our Salesforce CRM, so we can easily pull in all of the data from the system to see what's going well or not as far as sales. It also has an easy-to-use dashboard for managing reps and their accounts. The only thing I wish was better organization of information - sometimes when you click into one page there are more than 10 tabs open! You can't close them until you exit out of the tab completely. Also, some pages don't have any way to filter by account type…

There are so many features, and this is still very new. Also support from their team is just beyond helpful. Their customer service is not good as they are more interested in making more customers. The pricing system could be simpler to understand for non-technical people. We like the idea and how it has made our employees life safer. We have used their AI product for many years now with great success. And we recommend this platform to anyone who wants better safety management solution, AI tool
