Review on Aegislink Wireless Driveway Detection Driveways by David Romo

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Normal for the price

I could get it on sale but I would never pay more than $50 for full price for it. The product is ok but the instructions were a bit difficult to follow and get working. You'll need to unscrew the back panel to activate it - make sure you attach the little gasket that goes around the back panel to keep water out. A small flat blade screwdriver was included but the screws are Phillips so the included tool is useless. I hope this works long enough for me to recoup my $$$. It does what it's supposed to and sends an alert when alerted. After an alarm sounds, it takes some time send more alerts. We installed the transmitter on the first floor and at maximum volume it can be heard on both the lower and upper floors. I would rate it a little higher if the quality was better. I think it's cheaply made.
