Missing parts, company repaired.

Yes it's cheap, yes it's a little painful to put together "pretty fun". But for $50 you can get a sturdy toy for your bird. My kit was missing parts, but the company quickly fixed the issue without bothering to return it, just notifying the company directly. I can not complain.
