The first time was the best time
When I first took it out of the box, I was so excited to use it. It looks the same as in the photo. My first use worked great, the pipe delivers well and the lid snaps in place making pouring easier. After the first use, the top will not snap into place, so the steam will now escape through the top instead of the spout, eliminating whistling. It sucks because I really liked it when I first used it, now I have to stand over it to make sure the water doesn't evaporate and I have to hold the lid while pouring to keep the water on the pot.
