Our 2004 H2 rear window would not open. We heard that the engine works fine. The local shop agreed it was a regulator assembly and wanted to charge us more than double the Revain price plus another setup fee. After the repair shop tried to dissuade us from buying the same product from Revain, they agreed to install the product for us, but said that if the product failed, the warranty would have expired. Do not worry. everything is perfect and working. We trust Revain and the products they sell.
