The cable/window guide is thicker but the problem with all of this is that the ends of the cable pull out of the plastic, breaking the plastic and failing there. I'll have to fix them myself with an epoxy called PC-7, or next time I'll make the parts out of aluminum. Too bad, because not everyone has a hobby as a milling cutter or lathe operator.
