Review on 🔪 JA Henckels International Silvercap 2-Piece Asian Knife Set by Tricia Rae

Whoever says they are too heavy just confuses me. I think if you are an older woman this might be a problem. For example, I have never seen a knife with a strong, hard blade and a quality handle with weight and bulk, but at the same time with a micro-serrated blade. This is a straight, micro-serrated cooking blade. Not some stupid wavy blade I recently bought from Revain. These knives are amazing and I'm surprised I really like the little one. I usually like a full-size chef's knife. But a small knife is big enough to easily slice through a large tomato without feeling like the blade is too short, and I don't have a knife that big on my tiny chopping board. I am very satisfied with this knife set. The quality is vastly superior to most micro-serrated knives I've been able to find in recent years, all made overseas, with brittle blades, tiny tangs in cheap plastic handles that weigh next to nothing in your hand. All in all happy with this purchase. And that's after just spending $80 on a fancy celebrity knife that weighs the same as these but needs sharpening and sharpening.
