I will never use nonstick spray again.
Much better than I expected! I know some atomizers of this type have trouble spraying oil but I haven't had any trouble with it. It sprays a large amount of oil in a relatively broad and fine mist. It's easy to see how much you have and load it up. I use olive oil but I don't see why it wouldn't work with other oils too. I've found it much easier to work with pans that aren't technically compatible with nonstick spray, and I know I'm cooking with pure oil now. Excellent purchase!
