These things really work. I collected so many villi it was just amazing. If they could make a product that stays intact that would be great. Out of the 6 I have 1 left which is still in the bag. I could do it too. A piece of styrofoam came loose and then the mesh came loose. I don't wash heavy blankets. I washed some socks. Updated - 7/28/2019 This time I decided to take a picture. A picture is worth a thousand words. I used the last one I had and you can see in the first picture that it caught a lot of lint. The second photo shows that it is broken in this part. In the third photo you can see that a piece of foam has come loose. (Others have always had the plastic piece snap off completely, and I've had the perfect job of finding it). The fourth photo shows that the net has been torn off. (Well, even after the piece of Styrofoam broke off, I noticed that the mesh was still removing lint, so I decided to put it in. Well, no wonder the stupid mesh came loose. Now. I don't have lint collectors. It works from two stars to one star.
