The AI is super smart. It's able to work with other tools like Excel or Data Studio without having to be downloaded separately. If I'm not mistaken it also works as an assistant in Salesforce too so that one isn't separate from others either. The UI looks dated but doesn't interfere. There are some features of the platform we had hoped for but were never implemented (like adding custom fields). Also, there aren't many integrations available. We're using this primarily for Inventory Management and Customer Service. But we've seen how helpful it can be when troubleshooting customer problems via chat or email.
