Review on 🔪 Enhanced Replacement for Work Sharp WSSA0002012 Sharpener by Darrin Lucas

First, I would like to publicly apologize to DAREX Inc., the maker of Work Sharp knife and tool sharpeners, for mentioning them in a previous review. When sharpening a pocket knife, the machine jammed and smoked. I contacted DAREX Inc. with the intention of purchasing a replacement motor. Unfortunately, some parts, such as the engine, are not available for replacement. I was disappointed but Heather told me she would speak to her manager to see what she could do. I thought she turned me on. The next day I received an email from Taffy, Heather's boss and Mr. Big's executive assistant. I felt like Taffy was going to blame me and imply that I was abusing the car, so I got a little rude. Taffy told me to send the car to DAREX Inc. for evaluation, but I was still angry and didn't cooperate with her. A few days later, Taffy sent me a printed UPS label to be returned at DAREX Inc.'s expense. So I reluctantly expected nothing in my favor. How wrong I was and was surprised when I received an email from Tuffy stating that the machine was being evaluated by one of DAREX Inc.'s engineers. and decided it was a quality control issue and that they would replace Work Sharp free of charge. In general, DAREX Inc.'s warranty was honored without hesitation. It is not only a good car, but also an indispensable product. I take back everything I said in my previous review, not because I got a replacement, but because of the honesty of DAREX Inc. DAREX Inc.'s reputation was on the line and the company replaced him. My advice to you all. Buy a Work Sharp knife and tool sharpener. you will not regret it. Taffy, IF you are reading this review I apologize and once again thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to ensure I have a happy customer. PS IF I could supply DAREX Inc. I would give 10 stars.
