White crusty stuff all over the case.
The case was covered in a white substance. This really grossed me out but I cleaned and disinfected it because its too late for an exchange before Christmas . The tea pot and cups are small, which I realized would be but I was picturing a size about half the size of one of those blue and white tea cup you get at Asian restaurants but its more like a third the size. It was cute and well packed but not really practical for even a spot of tea.
- Love everything besides how long it stays warm.
- The bamboo tray and mat may be bulky and difficult to pack
