Review on Children Western Cowboy Boot Distressed Boys' Shoes by James Chandran

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Very cute but very disappointed!

UPDATE: My rating has changed from 4 stars to 1! All three of my children and one of my grandchildren have Christmas birthdays, except for one grandson. Her birthday is at the end of August and just before the school opens. I get her school clothes for her birthday (among other toys etc.) so I start shopping very early. I bought these boots at least two months before her birthday but she didn't have a chance to wear them until recently. Hooray, she's worn them THREE times and they're completely ruined! They dissolve at every seam. The outer fingers are worn. They literally fall apart in every area where they could fall apart. Mind you, she's not picky when it comes to shoes. I'm 45 years old and I've never seen a pair of shoes or boots fall apart so quickly or so badly. I bought her $15 boots at Walmart two years ago, she's been wearing them for a little over a year and they don't look like them at all! I'm sure I can't return them as I've had them for so long before she was able to open and put them on. Regardless, I don't even want to mess with this company to get them back. I take it as a lesson learned and will never buy anything from them again! First Review: They look a bit cheaper in real life but still very cute. I can't vouch for durability or fit as it's my granddaughter's birthday present so she hasn't worn them yet. However, they look like they are true. My favorite part is the floor. They have a lot of grip that many cowboy/cowgirl boots lack. Only the toe looks a bit cheap. She's 6 years old so she won't notice at all so I'm keeping her because safety is the most important thing for me.
