No more inertia mode: spare parts
EXCLUDED "Engine Low Power Mode" in my 03 Avalanche. That's your problem. Buy this part. These are 1 air hose, 3 screws and 2 coolant compartments. Changing a TB is faster and easier/less work than changing a tire.
