Great System - Excellent Service: GaleStream Call Center Software

Easy to use, flexible system with many functions.The interface is very user friendly.It has great customer support via tickets as well as phone.I have nothing bad to say about this system, it just works! Nothing at this time. We've used other systems in the past but their lack of training was always our main setback. This is not an issue here, Customer Support is extremely helpful whenever you or your team needs help. They understand what we require because we are using some specific programs/tools from time to time which sometimes causes confusion. It's helping us out manage the workforce more efficiently by reducing paperwork and allowing greater control over multiple operations within one account. I like that it has all of my contact information in one place, and that I can make changes to my schedule easily from anywhere. It's not great at handling multiple users simultaneously. The interface is also very clunky and difficult to navigate. If you're looking for something simple, this might be what you want. We were able to keep track of our schedules and have them available to everyone in the organization.
