These filters work great and keep the air smelling fresh Just make sure you use a water conditioner (1 cap for each gallon added), especially if you are in an area where mold can grow. Because the entire filter is not submerged in water, mold can grow on it. I change my ear 4 times! Worth the expense of filters and air conditioners to get fresh, moist air. I have tried many other brands but this keeper.
