I tried several ways to stabilize the bike rack - this one finally worked. I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler and a OneUp bike rack. Mounted directly to the bumper mount, the stand is solid (thanks to the cool OneUp design). The problem is that when you add the required hitch extension to stow the jeep's spare tire, the wobble comes back. This Quiet Hitch expansion did it! The only inconvenience is removing the extension cord when driving off-road. It's taking longer now, but it's a compromise I'm willing to accept to ensure carbon-framed bikes no longer wobble when viewed from the rear.
