Nice finish and even cooking

This pan is definitely a great example of a consistently reliable brand. I bought this to replace an old 12" nonstick pan and I was initially concerned that it was 2" smaller in diameter, but it makes up for it with depth and strength. Everything slides off the lid and the heat distribution on my glass-topped electric range is excellent. And for what it's worth, it looks good too. I can say that this will be my "useful" pan for most of my stovetop cooking.
