Review on 🛒 MaxWorks 500 Lb Service Cart X16: Heavy-Duty Utility Cart for Efficient Storage and Transport by Kyle Fritz

I bought this trolley used - in very good condition. It arrived brand new in the box, which sometimes happens with Revain. When I opened it up I found that one of the legs was broken in half. After trying several times (and for about 3 weeks) to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part under warranty, they told me that they could not help me because it was used, even though I had just bought it . I'm not sure what world they live in, but being in very good condition shouldn't mean they break. They don't stand by their products. I do not recommend.
