Review on PARTSRUN 21121 2086 AM121820（ID Ignition Kawasaki by Gerson Lagerquist

The first reel I received was clearly used (probably returned). There was no boot and the rings were stamped into the metal where studs were previously used (see photo). I had no intention of using this previously used electrical device as it may have been damaged by a previous user. I also ordered a new coil which I did NOT receive. But to their credit I sent it back and had a new replacement sent to me free of charge and the replacement spool has worked fine in my lawn tractor for the last month. I think the quality of this item is good and worth about 1/3 the price of an original John Deere reel. Incidentally, this is a coil containing a built-in igniter, not to be confused with the coil used on some models where the igniter is mounted separately on the side of the engine.
