I don't know about everyone else but I can't follow the hooks no matter how hard I try. They just disappear. I have a feeling that as I rearrange my furniture over time I will find their vast supply. Instead of replacing my plastic hooks with the same ones, this time I've gone for these slightly fancier bamboo versions. Maybe it's like buying a good pen; I'll keep a better eye on it. and hey, it's been a few days now and I still haven't lost a single hook! So I think it's a success right? Anyway, they are great! So far I've used the two smaller sizes (the smallest shown in the photo) and haven't had any problems with the fibers catching on roughness in the notches. They feel very smooth and well made and have held up perfectly when crocheting an entire tote bag with incredibly strong outdoor rope. With individual hook sizes engraved on the side of each handle, they're pretty much perfect. Let's hope I can keep them off my couch! outer rope.
