I bought this with high hopes after much research. I got the device, plugged it in and (Bob wasn't my uncle) it wouldn't connect to the router. The light stayed red and didn't turn solid white. That's all I got after four days of calls and emails to various tech support sources. Everyone shied away from the responsibility and I got no help. I finally got in touch with a guy in Canada named Allen who knows his stuff. I tried what he said and it didn't work. He suggested that my problem is that I'm using an AT&T provided router. I sent the block back. It wasn't much more than the weight of expensive paper.
