I like how easy it is to use. It allows you to easily access your patient's information. Some things could be improved. Sometimes when looking at a chart you need to go back to make sure you have the correct page. Also, sometimes it just takes time for the program to update or refresh. If someone wants to know what their patients are doing, this is the way to do it! This can help track progress as well as alert you if there is an issue. I like that it can be used to access patient records in real time. It is very intuitive and easy to use. One of the downsides is that you have to pay for an additional service to get alerts when your patients are overdue or not present. Overall, I think this system works well if you want to view patient information in real time. You also need a way to send alerts if there is a problem with a patient. I am able to see exactly where my patients are at any given moment.
