My lips are really chapped no matter how much water I drink, my skin just doesn't retain the essential oils to keep it hydrated. In particular, I can't enjoy Kylie's Lip Kits and other matte lipsticks as much as I would like because the effect on chapped lips is terrible. This thing really softens my dry lips and gets rid of that dry skin. I've only used it once because it just arrived today, it didn't remove everything but smoothed out more than I can imagine. I suspect my lips will be kissable in a week or two because of handcuff season lolUpdate: this really made my lips smoother and trust me the weather is getting chilly so this is a must! But it was only for a week and almost gone. I suggest buying a few lol
