The pop-up timer is a simple device that really needs no further review. In truth, these timers are usually great for uncooked/stuffed turkeys, and for 18-24 pound turkeys, they help you know when to add 40-45 minutes (time may vary) to your stuffed/stuffed turkey cook time. Stuffing (to ensure the stuffing/stuffing is thoroughly cooked). However, my wife and I would write a review of the specific functionality of these items if they arrived "new" as ordered. Instead, this product arrived in a shipping box that was undamaged, but the product box was sealed with tape. That's right, the previous food safe seal was completely broken and the entire clear plastic cover holding the timers was taped back on. Who knows what potential surfaces they might have come into contact with prior to repackaging. The fact that there are several dust-like particles inside confirms that we won't be using these timers. Therefore we will not use them. Again, I usually test them for functionality, but since they arrived "boxed" in a damaged and unsanitary condition, my wife and I have to give this product one star. We hope others have a better experience.
