V7 Service Advisor - App works well and easy interface

I like the ability to use the app in my car while in traffic or at work. The lack of customer service is what really bothers me. If you have any issues with your vehicle V7 does not answer their phone calls, they do not respond in anyway through emails etc. They are suppose to be able to help customers but they don't seem interested. It's hard for them to get new business when there isn't much support from this company. We were trying to find someone who could fix our air conditioning system remotely since we live out of state. After looking around online it became apparent that no one was going to come out because of how expensive it would cost us. This program solved all those problems by allowing us to pay per job so we didn't need anyone coming out to our house.
