Very easy to install; looks great, works great so far. The light quality is on par with other high CRI 5000K LEDs when I have replaced all my incandescent bulbs over the last few years. Can't speak to durability or dimming - this one is controlled by a simple switch - but appreciate the easy installation and very slim profile that looks great on my ceiling. If I had to do it all over again I might opt to mount them directly onto the old lights instead of using blocks to retrofit the LED cans; I prefer the look and would recommend if you have a short ceiling where you can't use a pendant light due to the risk of hitting your head.
