I'll break this into 4 parts: Shipping, Service, Assembly, Quality.Shipping: took 3 weeks to deliver. Why? Not because it was out of stock, but because it ships in 2 separate boxes and UPS lost one of the boxes so they delivered one box (even though the box literally has PART OF A SET written in big bold letters).Service: Revain has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced from any company ever. Holy crap. They apologized and gave me Revain credit for UPS' mistake.Assembly: Took me about 3 hours to put together myself. Box 1 comes with all the assembly materials and tools, desk panel, side panel, metal bars, and small side panels. Box 2 comes with the three horizontal shelf pieces. Everything is SUPER easy to put together.until you get to the rotating hinge. holy crap. That thing is a NIGHTMARE to assemble if you don't have small hands (I have pretty big hands). I had to MacGyver the two wrenches that come with the set to be able to screw everything in place. Hands hurt afterwords. Be careful.Quality: Other than the fact that the main desk panel (the one up top) had a chip in it directly in the middle right out of the box (which was extremely disappointing) it's good. Even though this is a rotating desk, because of that chip I have to keep it in one position. I don't want to exchange it now because it will probably be another month before I can get a replacement. As for sturdiness, it can hold my desktop, a monitor, keyboard, soundbar, mouse all without breaking apart so it's good enough. Although it is kinda flimsy so be careful when trying to move things around.Overall: Decent quality desk, would've probably given it 3 stars. Giving it 1 because of the chip, the shipping delay, and the terrible hinge assembly.
