I like the durability and the non-stick coating on the bottom of the pan. However, the sides are also uncoated and the top edges, where splashes can occur, are hardly coated. From the first use I had stains on the sides and edges that I couldn't remove without damaging the finish. However, if you're looking for a good set, there really isn't much to choose from. Non-stick bakeware so I'm giving it a solid 4 stars. I used them for the first time for Thanksgiving. I had a few stains on the sides and edges that I couldn't clean up. I could live with them. Then I lit the juice from my Christmas chickens. I mean hard, black, crisp. After an hour of soaking, the charred pulp just came out of the sprayer. They're heavier and thicker than a standard baking pan, which is a plus. Don't get confused and think that Good Grips silicone grips on the sides are designed for stick-free grip. You will get very hot. The cutter has a side that is approximately 2.5 cm high, making it suitable for emergency frying. I really like her.
