My head size is 22.9 inches so I'm somewhere between medium and large. I ordered large and medium. Due to the setting feature, both will work, but I went with the medium. It was a little tight but after a few rides it fit perfectly when it formed on my head. The white helm is a beautiful pearly white color and shimmers in the light. The micro helmet customization is great and I can understand why someone would buy a helmet with that archaic nightmare ring. The smoke protection can be easily lowered and raised. I also bought a clear sign for night driving here on Amazon. The screen slides right out and swapping is just as easy. 15 seconds of work. I was afraid the helmet would twitch at higher speeds, but it wasn't. The screen is priceless and works great with my prescription glasses. I wish the shield was a bit bigger for better wind protection. To be honest I was expecting to return the helmet because it was from an unknown company but the truth is I love it and it's my favorite hot and cold weather helmet. I pair the helmet with an Alaskan Hardgear Gaitor to cover my face. I also like the fact that they support the product by offering different color screens and ear pads. I bought both and they match the helmet perfectly.
